About Aisely

We are an early-stage software startup. We are a small team, passionate about building software that help to get work done effortlessly and swiftly.
At Aisely, we are building the next big thing in the document automation space. In the world, there are over 217 million businesses out of which about 670,000 are large enterprises. In the U.S., there are 32.5 million SMBs and 21,000 large enterprises. In Nigeria, there are about 41.5 million enterprises, 99.8% of which are SMBs. And as large as this market is in these countries and in severa others across the globe, transactional documentation processes are still pretty much manual. For several billions of transactional activities that happen daily across the globe, professionals and business owners spend countless hours preparing and delivering transactional documents. It would take a professional a minimum of 10 minutes to prepare a simple transactinal document, while it could take up to an hour for a complex one.
We are building the biggest and most efficient solution for this space. We are building a means for businesses to create, share, sign, stamp, store and secure outstanding professional transactional documents painlessly, seamlessly and swiftly.

How it Started

Building Aisely resulted from a simple question, What if we built a sofltware solution that could help professionals and business owners to create excellent professional transactional documents within minimal time? This question itself was the result of a need to produce a professional, on-brand invoice document instantly.
It all started in June, 2021. We searched for possible solutions that could meet this particular need. We experimented with all. But none was an ideal solution for our exact problem and need. Then, we simply wanted to build the solution to this need. We got interested in providing this vital solution for countless other business owners and professionals in the world who constantly face the problem of preparing, exchanging and signing large volumes of documents during business transactions.

The Vision

Our vision as a startup is to be a leading global provider of productivity and automation software solutions in the nearest future. This is simply us seeing expressing the big picture of our passion. This is about what we see ourselves doing in the next 10 to 20 years. And we just love to see it. For Aisely, our vision is that it would be, in 10 years, the preferred solution for creating, sharing and signing business transactions documents for several millions of freelancers, technical contractors, business owners, SMBs and large enterprises across several industries of the global economy.
